Our Approach

We recognise that the most important tools we have to help our young people grow and develop is our staff. We are aware that our ability to relate to our young people in a sensitive, caring and consistent manner, is the most important contribution we can make to their development.

As a service we invest in our young people by investing in our staff, ensuring that they have the required training and support to meet the changing needs of our young people.
