At Honeysuckle House, we are proud to have Jake Johnson as our dedicated Home Manager. With nine years of experience in the residential care sector, Jake has had the privilege of working with a diverse range of inspiring individuals, supporting them in living fulfilling and meaningful lives. His commitment to providing exceptional care and his passion for the well-being of young people make him a valued leader within our team.

As the Home Manager of Honeysuckle House, Jake leads a compassionate and hardworking team, working together to deliver high-quality, holistic support to the young people in our care. Jake recognises that not every young person has the same opportunities or experiences early in life, and at Honeysuckle House, we are committed to helping each individual overcome their challenges and achieve their fullest potential.

Honeysuckle House provides specialised therapeutic care for young people aged 8 to 18 years with learning disabilities and additional needs, including those with a diagnosis within the autistic spectrum. Our homely, two-bedroom facility in Shrewsbury is designed to feel like a family environment, offering a sense of belonging and community. Located near schools, exciting activities, and many local amenities, we ensure our young people are well integrated into the community.

Since opening in 2023, Honeysuckle House has already seen incredible progress, and Jake is deeply proud of the achievements made by both our young people and our dedicated staff. Looking ahead, Jake remains focused on building a bright future for our residents, ensuring they are well-prepared for the next stages of their lives.
